Spa Manager – Luxury Hotel in Curaçao

About the role

The Spa Manager will lead all aspects of spa operations for a luxury hotel in Curaçao, ensuring a smooth, efficient and profitable service. You will be responsible for staff leadership, financial oversight, facility maintenance and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily spa operations, including guest services, treatment delivery and facility upkeep.
• Manage and develop spa staff, schedule shifts and ensure service readiness.
• Control budgets, monitor costs and drive profitability.
• Handle finances, inventory, and implement marketing strategies to boost revenue.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and regulatory standards.
• Resolve guest complaints through effective service recovery.
• Maintain guest history and profiles, and promote wellness packages.
• Conduct site inspections and coordinate maintenance with engineering.
• Stay updated on industry trends and introduce new treatments or services.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a luxury spa management role.
• Strong managerial skills with a hands‑on, lead‑by‑example approach.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.
• Creative problem‑solving ability and sound judgment.
• High personal integrity and ability to work in a remote location for extended periods.
• Willingness to travel as a single‑status employee.
