Hotel Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Hotel Manager to lead the day‑to‑day operations of TUI BLUE Curaçao. Reporting to the General Manager, you will translate strategy and budgets into smooth, guest‑focused service across all departments.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Kitchen, Guest Relations and Entertainment.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Security, HR and other support functions to resolve operational issues quickly.
• Act as the senior operational representative in the General Manager’s absence.
• Lead daily briefings, communicate priorities, and monitor guest feedback.
• Conduct regular inspections, assign corrective actions and ensure completion.
• Coach Heads of Department, set performance expectations and drive cost control.
• Maintain TUI brand and service standards, safety, cleanliness and preventive maintenance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hotel or resort operations management.
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to work across multiple departments.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Ability to translate strategic goals into operational actions.
