Security Contractor - Apartment Complex, Willemstad

About the role

Majestic Apartments is looking for flexible security contractors to support its operations in Willemstad, Curaçao. The role helps keep the property safe and welcoming for residents, guests, staff and visitors, and suits responsible, hospitable security professionals able to cover a mix of day and night shifts. It is a contractor position.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor access and record incoming and departing visitors.
• Serve as a professional first point of contact for visitors.
• Carry out security patrols and monitor the premises.
• Stay alert to potential safety or security concerns and respond appropriately.
• Communicate incidents and relevant updates clearly to the right contacts.

Required profile

• Proven experience in security work.
• A responsible, observant and hospitable approach.
• Good communication and sound judgment.
• Flexibility to work about 5-6 days per week, including day and night shifts.
• Certificate of good conduct.
• Dutch preferred; English is a strong advantage, other languages welcome.
• A valid driver's licence and relevant security training are an advantage.
