Customer Development Sales Supervisor (Curaçao & Aruba)

About the role

GomezLee Marketing, a trade marketing and field execution company active across Central America and the Caribbean, is looking for a hands-on, highly autonomous Customer Development Supervisor to represent a leading global consumer brand in Curaçao and Aruba. This is not a traditional sales role: you act as the brand's direct representative in markets served through a regional distributor model, auditing execution, ensuring brand strategy and pricing standards are followed at the point of sale, and building a strong relationship with the local distributor.

Key responsibilities

• Audit and ensure brand presence, pricing and execution standards are met at points of sale in Curaçao and Aruba
• Build and maintain a direct, long-term relationship with the local distributor team
• Travel regularly between the two islands (75-80% field-based; a vehicle is required)
• Gather market intelligence on sales trends, competitive activity and point-of-sale dynamics
• Report findings and recommendations to the regional Customer Development team
• Work independently, managing your own schedule and priorities with minimal day-to-day supervision

Required profile

• 2+ years of commercial experience in sales, trade marketing or related fields (consumer goods or beverages preferred, not required)
• Proven ability to work autonomously and stay self-motivated without close oversight
• Strong relationship-building skills, especially with distributors or channel partners
• Functional English required; based in or willing to relocate to Curaçao, with flexibility to travel to Aruba
