Tax Technology & Innovation Specialist

About the role

EY is looking for a Tax Technology & Innovation Specialist in Curaçao to lead its digital transformation in tax. You will bridge the gap between tax, technology and data, designing and implementing intelligent solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy and client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Work with expert teams to design technology-enabled solutions that improve compliance, reporting and advisory services.
• Use automation, AI and data analytics to optimise tax workflows and uncover new insights.
• Build and deploy digital tools and dashboards that turn complex tax data into actionable client insights.
• Support the rollout of EY's global digital platforms, giving training and guidance to the team.
• Keep up with emerging digital trends in tax, data and AI.
• Contribute to innovation projects and cross-border initiatives across the Dutch Caribbean.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Preferred: experience in tax compliance, data analytics, automation or digital transformation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and conceptual thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to turn business needs into digital solutions.
• A growth mindset and ability to work both in a team and independently.

Required skills

• Power BI or similar analytics tools.
• AI tools are an advantage.
